Abstract:

Bosch & Van Rijn developed the GECOM ( Municipal CO₂ Monitor) for ENECO.  Based on data and national average energy use the CO₂ monitor calculates CO₂ emissions for sectors such as; build environment, companies, traffic and transportation. The GECOM also indicates which measures are most (cost) effective to reduce emissions.

Abstract:

For a project developer Bosch & Van Rijn searched for potential locations in two provinces. The study was based on a GIS analysis. Through overlaying maps of constraints, the remaining areas with potential for implementation of wind energy were selected. The next step in the analysis was to look at the local political circumstances. Based on this selection process several locations of high potential showed up, on which the project developer could focus his attention.

For several locations, landowners, phone numbers and additional information was acquired.
