Study

Wind supply is one of the most important parameters for the development of a wind farm. An appropriate analysis of the wind supply with a calculation of the uncertainty is the basis of a good wind project. The calculation of wind supply is based on production data from wind turbines in the vicinity or – if available – on wind measurements at the project site.  The wind supply can vary considerably per year: that is why we use such state-of-the-art methods as bicubic interpolation and correlation. With special software, we make corrections for landscape differences, height differences and obstacles near the project.

Bosch & van Rijn has more than 7 years of experience with wind studies and has accumulated vast knowledge during this period. We are a suitable party at Triodos Bank, Rabobank and ASN Bank, and our reports are accepted by RVO as expert P50 calculations for your SDE application.
