Policy

Good results start with good policy. Governments that develop sustainable energy policy are confronted with a variety of issues: spatial planning and decision-making, energy policy and social involvement and participation. Bosch & van Rijn have extensive experience developing energy and climate policy for both the government, the provinces, the water board and municipalities.

Clear and concrete policy documents provide support for practical implementation. Our experts have a great deal of practical experience to lift your sustainable energy policy to a higher level: current expertise on spatial, legal and economic topics, considerable experience with politically sensitive themes, and expertise in the field of social-environmental management and communication.

Permits

The practical implementation of your sustainable energy policy is confirmed by the granting of the necessary permits. At the start of the spatial process, we determine which permits are required and carry out preliminary consultation with relevant parties in a timely manner. We support both policymakers and project developers in the permit process.

The Bosch and Van Rijn permit managers assist you in mapping the necessary permits and collect all the information required for submitting a substantiated permit application. With our experience, we know how to make choices that accelerate the process. We are very proud that we may do this for Windpark Krammer and Windpark Waardpolder. We also support municipalities in independently assessing permit applications. We have done this, for example, for Windpark Koningspleij.
